Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
  • 7 Flour Tortillas
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • Garlic Powder To Taste
  • Ketchup Optional Topping
  • Mustard Optional Topping
  • Steak Sauce Optional Topping
  • Dill Pickles Optional Topping
  • Sautéed Onions Optional Topping
  • Sautéed Mushrooms Optional Topping
  • Lettuce Optional Topping
  • Tomato Optional Topping

Instructions

    In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until fully done, then drain any excess fat.

    Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Scoop about ¼ cup of the cooked meat into the center.

    Add shredded cheddar cheese and any toppings you’d like.

    Fold the tortilla like a burrito—fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up.

    Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.

    Cut in half and enjoy warm! Great with extra dipping sauces on the side.
