Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
- 7 Flour Tortillas
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- Garlic Powder To Taste
- Ketchup Optional Topping
- Mustard Optional Topping
- Steak Sauce Optional Topping
- Dill Pickles Optional Topping
- Sautéed Onions Optional Topping
- Sautéed Mushrooms Optional Topping
- Lettuce Optional Topping
- Tomato Optional Topping
Instructions

1In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until fully done, then drain any excess fat.

2Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Scoop about ¼ cup of the cooked meat into the center.

3Add shredded cheddar cheese and any toppings you’d like.

4Fold the tortilla like a burrito—fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up.

5Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.

6Cut in half and enjoy warm! Great with extra dipping sauces on the side.
