Ingredients

  • 1 9 Inch Pie Shell Don't Bake
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • ½ cup Mushrooms Sliced
  • 4 ounces Bay Scallops
  • 4 ounces Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 4 ounces Lobster Or Crab Meat
  • 3 Egg
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 ounce Brocolli Frozen
  • ¼ cup Swiss Cheese Shredded
  • ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • ¼ cup American Cheese Shredded
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

    Sauté mushrooms, scallops, shrimp, lobster/crab in butter until shellfish is opaque. Remove from heat, drain.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

    Add cheeses, brocolli and seafood. Stir to combine.

    Pour filling in prepared shell.

    Bake 45 mins at 350°F
