Ingredients

• 1 cup Peanut Butter
• 1 Egg
• 1 Cup Sugar

   Grease a cookie sheet

   Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl

   Drop about 1 rounded teaspoon every couple of inches on the cookie sheet

   Take a fork, dip it in sugar, and press down on the cookie dough gently

   Bake at 350°F for about 8 to 10 minutes

   Let the cookies cool before removing them from the cookie sheet
