Ingredients
- 1 pound Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 sticks Butter Melted
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 12 ounces Chocolate Chips
Instructions
-
1In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs.
-
2Pour the melted butter (or margarine) into the mixture.
-
3Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well-incorporated and a uniform dough forms.
-
4Transfer the peanut butter mixture to a cookie sheet or a 9×12 inch pan.
-
5Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread and press it into an even layer.
-
6Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave (in short bursts).
-
7Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base and spread it evenly to the edges.
-
8Place the pan in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to let the chocolate begin to set.
-
9Remove from the fridge and gently score the top into squares with a knife. This makes it much easier to cut clean lines once the chocolate is fully hardened.
-
10Return the pan to the refrigerator for another 20 minutes (or until firm) before serving.
