Ingredients
- 1 package Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 14 slices Pepperoni
- ½ cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- Any Fresh Vegetables You Like
Instructions
-
1Preheat the oven according to the temperature on the crescent roll package (typically 375°F / 190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
-
2Separate the crescent dough into 8 individual triangles.
-
3Use 4 triangles as the bases and reserve the other 4 as tops.
-
4Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each of the 4 base triangles.
-
5Top each with 2–3 tablespoons of mozzarella, 3–4 pepperoni slices, and a spoonful of veggies if desired.
-
6Place a second crescent triangle over each filled one. Pinch all edges firmly to seal and prevent leaks while baking.
-
7Arrange pockets on the prepared pan and bake 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
-
8Let cool for 2 minutes. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
