Ingredients

  • 1 package Crescent Dinner Rolls
  • 14 slices Pepperoni
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • Any Fresh Vegetables You Like

Instructions

  1. 1
Preheat the oven according to the temperature on the crescent roll package (typically 375°F / 190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  2. 2
Separate the crescent dough into 8 individual triangles.
  3. 3
Use 4 triangles as the bases and reserve the other 4 as tops.
  4. 4
Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each of the 4 base triangles.
  5. 5
Top each with 2–3 tablespoons of mozzarella, 3–4 pepperoni slices, and a spoonful of veggies if desired.
  6. 6
Place a second crescent triangle over each filled one. Pinch all edges firmly to seal and prevent leaks while baking.
  7. 7
Arrange pockets on the prepared pan and bake 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. 8
Let cool for 2 minutes. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
