Ingredients
- 96 ounces Pizza Sauce #10 size Can
- 1 cup Hot Water
- 2 tablespoons Chicken Stock
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Onion Rough Chopped
- 1 Salt Pork Optional
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Dried Basil
- 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper

1Pour the entire #10 can of pizza sauce into a large slow cooker

2In a frying pan over medium heat, combine the oil, smashed garlic, salt pork (if using), and diced onion.

3Sauté until the garlic and onions are browned and fragrant.

4Carefully drain the sautéed mixture directly into the pizza sauce in the slow cooker.

5Set the slow cooker to High and cook for 1 hour.

6Stir in the chicken stock and 1 cup of hot water.

7Add the dried basil, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.

8Stir in the Parmesan cheese.

9Reduce the slow cooker heat to Low and continue to cook for another 30 minutes to allow the flavors to fully meld.
