Ingredients
- 2 packages Spinach Frozen & Chopped
- 1 Onion Large - Finely Chopped
- 2 cups Herb-seasoned Pepperidge Farm Bread Stuffing
- 3 Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 stick Butter Melted
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
Instructions

1In a large skillet, sauté the finely chopped onions in a portion of the melted butter or margarine until softened.

2To the skillet (or a large mixing bowl), add the salt, pepper, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, and bread stuffing. Mix thoroughly.

3Fold in the beaten eggs last, ensuring the mixture is well-combined and holds together.

4Roll the mixture into small, uniform balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

5Arrange the balls on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
