Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion Large
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • ½ cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 18 Large Pasta Shells
  • 48 ounces Pasta Sauce
  • ⅓ cup Dry Red Wine
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste

Instructions

    In a skillet, brown beef, onion, and garlic until fully cooked.

    Drain excess fat and let cool.
  3. 3
    Stir in mozzarella, breadcrumbs, parsley, and egg.
  4. 4
    Season to taste with salt & pepper and set aside.

    Cook shells until almost tender. Drain pasta water.

    Use the meat mixture to stuff the shells

    Spoon 1/4 of the sauce into the bottom of the 9x13x2 baking pan.

    Place shells on top ofthe sauce side by side in a single layer

    Mix the wine with the remaining sauce and pour it over the shells.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes
