Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 Onion Large
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- ½ cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parsley Chopped
- 1 Egg
- 18 Large Pasta Shells
- 48 ounces Pasta Sauce
- ⅓ cup Dry Red Wine
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Instructions

1In a skillet, brown beef, onion, and garlic until fully cooked.

2Drain excess fat and let cool.

3Stir in mozzarella, breadcrumbs, parsley, and egg.

4Season to taste with salt & pepper and set aside.

5Cook shells until almost tender. Drain pasta water.

6Use the meat mixture to stuff the shells

7Spoon 1/4 of the sauce into the bottom of the 9x13x2 baking pan.

8Place shells on top ofthe sauce side by side in a single layer

9Mix the wine with the remaining sauce and pour it over the shells.

10Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

11Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes
