Ingredients

• 3 cups Cheerios
• 3 cups Rice Chex Cereal
• 3 cups Corn Chex
• 2 cups Pretzel Sticks
• 2 cups Peanuts
• 2 cups M&ms
• 2 pounds White Chocolate Swap this out to any bite sized candy or mix M&M colors to match holidays

Instructions

   In a very large mixing bowl, toss together the cereals, pretzel sticks, peanuts, and M&Ms until evenly distributed.

   Using a double boiler over gently simmering water, melt the white chocolate until smooth. (Alternatively, melt in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between).

   Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture.

   Use a large spatula to gently toss the mix until every piece is lightly coated in chocolate.

   Spread the mixture out in a single layer onto waxed paper.

   Allow it to cool completely at room temperature until the chocolate has hardened.

   Once fully set, break any large clumps into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
