Ingredients
- ¾ cup Long-grain Rice
- 1 ½ cups French Fried Onions
- ½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 ¾ cups Chicken Broth
- 4 Chicken Breast Halved
- 0.3 cup Italian Salad Dressing
- 16 ounces Mixed Vegetables Frozen
Instructions

1Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).

2In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine the rice, 1 cup of the French-fried onions, and Italian seasoning.

3Pour the chicken bouillon evenly over the rice mixture.

4Arrange the 4 chicken breasts on top of the rice.

5Pour the Italian dressing over the chicken.

6Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

7Remove foil.

8Spread or arrange the frozen vegetables around the chicken, covering most of the rice.

9Return to the oven and bake 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F) and the rice is tender.

10Top the chicken with the remaining ½ cup French fried onions.

11Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden.

12Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
